Sister Jayanti is Additional Administrative Head of the Brahma Kumaris. She is also the Director of Brahma Kumaris activities in Europe and the Middle East. As a spiritual teacher for over 50 years, she has dedicated her life to self-transformation and service to humanity. Sister Jayanti is the Brahma Kumaris representative to the UN in Geneva.
She continues to champion the co-operative role of spiritual organisations in creating a just and peaceful world, bringing spiritual principles to the discussion tables of politicians, economists, business leaders, scientists and nearly every stakeholder of our times. Sister Jayanti sees the erosion of spiritual values as the underlying cause of the crises the world is facing today.
BK Shrinidhi is a full time volunteer, working as a Manager in Training & Development at the Global Hospital Research Centre in Mount Abu. He is also a Radio Jokey for Radio Madhuban FM and a TV anchor hosting programmes on Peace of Mind TV and Awakening TV Channels.
Shrinidhi He has represented the Brahma Kumaris at various national and international forums including the United Nations World Conference on Youth in 2014. He travels extensively and actively continues to participate and represent the organisation locally and globally, at conferences and events on spirituality, environment, sustainability, healthcare, media and youth.
Amitabh Shah launched Yuva Unstoppable in 2005 at the young age of 23. After his MBA from Yale he declined a job at Wall Street’s JP Morgan in India and instead decided to launch his volunteer movement to empower those vulnerable. His decision was based on discovering the immense suffering his nanny had endured.
Today, those benefitting include 4100 schools with improved sanitation, water, and access to technology, nutrition and much, much more. Although Amitabh’s family and friends resisted his decision initially, he did not give up and now his family are his biggest cheerleaders.
