Resentment, revenge, bitterness, hopelessness, are amongst the feelings that can emerge when we feel challenged by the actions of others. Our instincts may compel us to protect or attack, and yet our freedom from suffering lies not in taking revenge, but by giving.  By giving understanding, compassion, forgiveness, we ultimately give ourselves the gift of an open loving heart and the chance of healing and moving forward.

Neil is a business and mindset coach who has been practising meditation since 2001. He was first introduced to meditation by his Mum who was worried about the destructive path of drink and drugs that he was on. Through a regular meditation practice Neil has been able to transform his life from one of hopelessness to one of purpose. He shares deep knowledge in a very practical way.
