Most of the belief systems we carry are planted by society and the people around us. This changes our way of thinking and living. If we believe anger to be necessary we will start using anger frequently. It is therefore necessary  to experiment with beliefs before accepting them.

Tonight we will learn from Sister Rajni  how we can recognise and change the beliefs that are not productive.

Speaker : Sister Rajni, Japan

Sister Rajni is one of the pioneers of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University in the West, as National Coordinator for Japan and the Philippines. In 1979 she left her homeland of India and joined a small group of 12 women abroad. These women shared a very clear and powerful vision of a world  where human beings lived in harmony, respecting each other’s rights and choices.  Their vision was born out of personal spiritual practice and the daily application of the spiritual values they learned through Raja Yoga meditation.

Born and educated in India’s ancient capital New Delhi, Sister Rajni dedicated her life to spiritual service over thirty years ago.  At the early age of 11, she knew that she wanted to help the world in some way and as she matured and realised the power of change through meditation, it became clear to her that she could make her contribution as a spiritual teacher.  After finishing her Bachelor of Arts from the Delhi University in India, she has devoted her energies to bring positive changes in the lives of people across position levels and background.
