Detachment is often seen as an unhealthy factor in dysfunctional relationships. But what if this works the other way round?  Greater detachment, means, rather than identifying someone or something as the source of our well-being, we live in the truth that we need nothing. Rather than leading to isolation, it is this true detachment that allows the soul to shine through, and enables us to be consistently loving and cooperative.
