Most of us have had experiences where we can't stop thinking about something, no matter how hard we try. Constant worrying and overthinking can often lead to issues with mental health and well-being. Sister Radhika explains how techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, self-compassion can help alleviate the stress of overthinking.

Sister Radhika is a Rajyoga teacher dedicated to the work of Brahma Kumaris for the past 26 years, with a Masters in Psychology.  She has created many training modules, including Conflict Resolution, Personality Transformation, Lifestyle Management, and more. She has also helped publish two books for the Business and Industry Wing of the Brahma Kumaris. These books present simple spiritual solutions to practical challenges at work and life.
Presently she coordinates the spiritual services of Brahma Kumaris Nagarjuna Hills Centre in Hyderabad. She has travelled extensively sharing her thoughts at different forums both in India and abroad.
