In the midst of uncertain times, people were confused and lost faith in media, politics, economy and so on. What exactly is our truth? What are our true values? What is our true self? How do we discover it? And how do we know when we have found it?

Renru Tang is a PhD candidate of Religious Studies at Lancaster University, researching about the professinalisation of Buddhist monastics in Contemporary China. Recently, she has published two papers. One is in the book of Buddhism in Five Minutes, titled "What is the Role of Buddhist Chanting?". The other one is published in RSSSR 32, titled "Buddhist monks work as academic staff in Chinese Universities." 
 
Ikuyo Miyamura has worked in the educational arena as a college lecturer, educational coordinator, tutor and researcher in Japan and in the UK. For her life work, she is also active globally in co-ordinating and presenting for educational, cultural and self-development programs. Just after moving to the UK in 2008, she lost the balance to keep her 'self' and that experience led her to find her true 'self'.
