As William Shakespeare once wrote “All the world’s a stage” and we are all playing roles on the stage of the world.

人は自分らしく喜びを持って生きることで、自己を花開かせ、周囲も幸せにするとの信念のもと、各種セラピー、歌う瞑想、イベントの主催など「地球と宇宙の調和」に繋がる活動を行っている。また歌うこと、織ることを通して、自分自身の表現を楽しむ日々。

 

〇　パルル・シャー【ITコンサルタント・ライフコーチ・ラージャヨガ講師】

パルルはITコンサルタントおよびライフコーチとして働き、ロンドンとエジンバラで瞑想と自己啓発のセッションを行っている。スピリチュアリティを人生の基盤にする時、それが人生のあらゆる側面に流れていくと固く信じている。

レイキ講座やカウンセリング個人セッションの他に、アルケミークリスタルボウルやクゥオーツフォンというクリスタルの竪琴でサウンドヒーリング、音浴会を開催。衣食住をテーマに、手縫いでの洋服制作や玄米でのファスティング、ミニマムなインテリアなどを日々SNSで配信、グループで対面&オンラインで活動している。

Masako engages in activities that lead to "harmony between the earth and the universe". These activities include therapies, singing meditations, and event hosting which are based on the belief that through living with joy in their own unique way, they can blossom and make those around them happy. Through singing and weaving, Masako also enjoys expressing herself every day. 

 

〇　Parul Shah【IT Consultant, Life Coach & Raja Yoga teacher】

Parul works as an IT Consultant and a Life Coach. She also runs meditation and personal development sessions in London and Edinburgh. She firmly believes that when one makes spirituality the foundation of their life then that flows through all aspects of their life.

〇　Naoko Omura【Sound Therapist＆Reiki Teacher】

Naoko provides Reiki courses and individual counseling sessions and holds sound healing and sound bathing parties with an alchemy crystal bowl and a crystal lyre called Quartz Phone. She creates hand-sewn clothes, promotes brown rice diets and has expertise in minimalist interior designs, etc. in which she posts on social media.
