During the workshop, we will showcase how to make delicious plant-based dishes that are both healthy & nutritious as well as quick and easy to recreate in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Tabbouleh: a Middle Eastern salad that is full of fresh flavors and made with cauliflower (instead of the traditional bulgar wheat to make this dish gluten-free)

Baba Ganoush: a delicious and creamy appetizer made from aubergines and tahini

Energy balls: packed with healthy fats and sugars. A mixture of dates and walnuts flavored with lime juice, coconut, and cardamom
