In search of happiness, most people have momentary experiences of what happiness feels like, however, constant and consistent happiness is a result of the mind that looks for happiness where it exists.
Through this session on Conscious Living, Ritu aims to help you remain consciously connected to your innate nature of happiness in your day-to-day life, with experiential exercises that can be practised in everyday life.
