No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted - Aesop
It is a well-known phenomenon that humans mirror each other. Kindness is contagious, you can’t help but pass it on. When we act from a place of kindness, we feel enriched, others’ lives are touched, even those witnessing benefit. The popularity of ‘random acts of kindness’ or ‘pay it forward’ good deeds, shows that in an increasingly fast and harsh world, we still long to reach out, connect with and help our fellow human beings.
