महा शिवरात्रि - ईश्वर के प्रेम में लीन होने का समय : Maha Shivratri - Lost in the Love of God

A meditative evening to experience God’s love through intense Tapasya.  Remembrance begets remembrance. If I remember God, He will remember me.  

 

God Shiva is never offered nice flowers, but instead flowers that are dry or prickly, such as datura, dry lotus, akh etc. This symbolises us surrendering our bitterness and negativities to Him.  Letting go of hate, jealousy, anger and other negative emotions, enables us to become pure, and in return the Innocent Lord Shiv Baba fills us with unconditional love and bliss.
