Facilitator:
John McConnel is a stress management trainer and former prison governor and social worker. He has spent many years supporting people in understanding and overcoming anger – one of the most challenging human emotions. John is a long-time student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris and author of the 5* book Breaking Through the Darkness: How to Defeat Depression, Anxiety and Stress – A Spiritual Perspective.
